Your Excellency

Mr. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, are the Architect SCEC Aues Mao ‘Mahad, nationality’ Somali and Italian citizenship, I am writing in behalf of ‘Alumni Association Somali officers of the Military Academy of Modena non-profit organization, of which I am privileged to be President and Legal Representative.

I turn to you in your capacity as’ Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway on the Italian territory and, while countryman of Mr. CARL PETER SALICATH, officials of your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and author of a related project INSANE AND UNACCEPTABLE Somali territorial waters.

Your Excellency, Sicuaramente she knows how much damage and suffering have created the European colonialism against the Somali people, the deliberate and arbitrary division of the territory of Somalia has adversely affected the relations of good neighborliness and cooperation with the peoples and governments of Kenya and Ethiopia . His government has nothing to do with colonialism of the past, and we must be grateful to you for the help provided to the Somali population exhausted by twenty years of civil war, at the mercy of factions warmongering for nothing ‘part, and thank you also for the warm welcome and humanitarian services provided to our compatriots who sought refuges in the Kingdom of Norway (many of them are now also your fellow citizens).

Sir,

the project of his compatriot Carl Peter Salicath inherent in the creation of an “Economic Zone Waters” in Somalia’s territorial waters, we see it, the point and the MONITOR for what is’: a further factor of destabilization of the Horn of Africa.

Your Excellency Sir,

I seem to remember you, and through his kind people, the Government of the Kingdom of Norway, that Somalia has no need for demarcation of the border NEW NAVY / SEA WITH neighboring countries such as demarcation and ‘ALREADY’ AND EXISTING and ‘proved by official documents easily available, as long as’ there is the will’ of research. It ‘just follow the various deliberations of the legitimate Somali government in the past regarding the “Exclusive Economic Zone” in accordance with law and in accordance with international law on territorial waters and international waters.

In this regard, allow me, Excellency, to summarize briefly below shows how the Law No 37 on the marine territory and ports of September 10, 1972.

I would like to bring to your kind attention the fact that the current situation, political and social, in our country does not allow anybody Somalia’s provisional government to make agreements at the international level which have tragic effects on sovereignty ‘and integrity’ Somalia’s territorial Somalis as citizens we can not accept, silent and share responsibility, that we continue to perpetrate injustice after injustice, give up the damage, exploitation for exploitation, underdevelopment underdevelopment of our population.

We consider the Kingdom of Norway and its people as friends and lovers of peace,
progress, social and economic justice, mutual understanding between peoples.
The community ‘of the Somali Diaspora following the project with apprehension and suspicion of Mr Salicath, and hopes to be abandoned in its entirety as your compatriot is leading
forward to the detriment of our people and in favor of hidden interests that currently there
escape.
